We met really helpful and very very helpful employees.

The location was nice, by unsightly floating tubes & large concrete barriers designed to keep the seaweed off of it and overlooking the ocean. The bathroom in our a double room was huge.

The staff where extremely friendly and fantastically friendly and were happy to help, with extra attention to the details. I took an a double room with a king size bed and great hot water and balloons.

Rooms with garden view had a family atmosphere...

Well, the views were awful here.

The location was secure, the staff were happy to help. It took just 22 minutes by car to get to the airport. The restaurant here was good for lunch, we both ordered delicious dishes. Admired ocean view from the window.

Good small and incredibly beautiful hotel, staff were happy to help, the location was secure to the puerto aventuras area for over 10 years now. Location: the property was close to arts and crafts, the ocean right before the point where the waves break, and the west coast. I ate at the outdoor restaurant near the hotel. The pool was great, marvellous breakfasts with desserts and also french fries.

The room was kept very clean and available on the balcony. The broiler restaurant was great, they served decent food.

We loved the cleanliness of the resort, with spotless rooms and facilities. The hotel is conveniently located right off the shore, so close to the ocean everywhere you go. The breakfast options were fantastic and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The location near Puerto Aventuras is great, with an abandoned playground down the beach to the left of the resort. The maintenance and housekeeping do a fantastic job of keeping the interior, exterior, and beach area updated and fresh-looking. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. The service provided by the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, with an omelet station for made-to-order eggs. The view from the room is stunning, with a view of the sea and the pool. The facilities, such as the spa and the restaurants, are elegant and provide a memorable experience for guests.

The poolside and beach chaise lounges are uncomfortable, with sagging fabric that offers minimal support, and some of them even have broken cross-bars.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, right by the ocean and in the marina area. The views are simply breathtaking and the beach access is wonderful. The service was top-notch, with 24-hour room service and the staff even did a turn-down service in the evening. They were friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, including a spa & wellness center, outdoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi. I particularly enjoyed the aqua park and the heated swimming pool. The entertainment options were fantastic, with a night club and live shows that were truly amazing. The dining options were also great, with a variety of restaurants to choose from, and the food was of high quality. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I would recommend this hotel to any family looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Dreams Aventuras Riviera Maya in Puerto Aventuras! The resort was really luxurious and our deluxe room had everything we needed, including a minibar, an individual safe, and cable channels. We were spoiled for choice with the variety of restaurants available, such as Girafe, which was conveniently located within a short 10-minute walk.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a safe and secure location. The staff was all willing to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had amenities like large flat-screen TVs and 4-poster King-sized beds. Every room had a balcony large enough for 3-4 adults to sit comfortably. The hotel was located on a lovely cozy beach, perfect for families and small destination weddings. The food at the hotel was amazing, and there was a great bar by the ocean. The views of the ocean were beautiful, and I loved the hydro experience that was included. The Asian restaurant was also great. The show called Elements was mind-blowing, with top-notch musicians and a fantastic performance. The hotel had recently been renovated and was beautifully decorated. The room I stayed in had a stunning beach view and a huge bed. The pool was lovely, and the staff were very attentive.
